K K Factory is an industrial company in Gujarat, India. We are specialized in designing and manufacturing series of fully automatic, semi-automatic cap or can making machines. We also manufacture die ‘s and other Tin line machines. Our product lines are suitable for many sectors, such as food cans, chemicals and many more commodity products.
Brief history of proprietor and Present proposal
K K Factory is proprietary firm which is established in year 2016 in cordinations with K.K. Engineering Works in the year 1970 under the qualified and undisputed leadership of Mr Kantilal K Panchal (GOLD MEDALIST) from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He is having an experience of 58 years in manufacturing of tin packing machinery, die making and other variety of Tin line related machineries.
The proprietor proposes to setup new business for manufacturing of tin container as well as machinery used in tin plated container making and packaging. The packing machinery and die making complying with standard requirement. The main purpose behind this is to manufacture qualitative products and to develop export market for the product and to make the product acceptable in abroad countries as well. Proprietor being experience in this line of business and having technical knowledge background to achieve this he does not see any problem in execution of the above plan.

Mr. K.K Panchal had started the company in 1970 with considerable enthusiasm. Passion of innovation in seaming machineries granted him a reputation of most the trusted machines manufacturer in Gujarat. Foundation and growth under his leadership has added value to company.
Naresh Panchal (Operational managaer)
Mr. Naresh Panchal leads whole team to fulfil quality assurance and protocol in the company. He has expertise to manage human resources for assigning the roles and to ensure the dispatch schedule is maintained. He coordinates with junior production engineers for keeping the accuracy of machined parts.
Mehul Panchal (sales & marketing specialist)
Mr. Mehul takes care of the cash flow and marketing of entire firm. With his marketing tactics, the firm enables to trade internationally. We have successfully exported our products to South Africa, Dubai, and Australia with strong business relation with international Tin producer and manufacturing clients.
Dilip Panchal (Director—Design and R&D)
Mr. Dilip Panchal is responsible for innovation and modification in all our products. He comes up every time with new idea for better customisation of Seaming and other machineries as per client’s requirements. He regularly refines company’s vision as a result of frequent interactions with our customers. His advancement in every technical aspect has turned out as sustainable and accurate results in each product.
Dhrmendra Panchal (Automation design & Project admin)
Mr. Dharmedra Panchal is Mechanical engineer and leads our automation team. Under his guidance, company has launched fully automatic seaming machine with latest pneumatic control system. He develops the automatic customise seaming machineries of reasonable prise which are target to local market to increase the production rate and strengthen the local supply rate for small housing business. He is also responsible to recruit skilful workers.
Mit Panchal (Production & Training)
Mr. Mit Panchal as Mechanical Engineer and Production Analysis leads the team in training new technical methods for engineering and mechanism solutions for our product. With diversified experience of engineering and production form different countries, Mr Mit brings new innovations and mechanical methods to our products.
